Victor Thomas
Victor Thomas, who specializes in GxP regulations, mitigating regulatory risk, and system development and validation, serves as President of VMX Management Solutions. In this role, he leads business development, project and strategic planning, as well as staffing interviews while continuing to serve clients in organizational change management to improve quality and efficiency in their business regulatory environments.
Prior to his appointment with VMX Management Solutions, Thomas was principal for a life sciences company in Pennsylvania serving as a member of a “third party” for regulation oversight of a leading over-the-counter children’s medication company, which was under a Consent Decree. Other previous experience includes six and one-half years as a nuclear officer in the U.S. Navy.
Thomas has a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Science degree in nuclear engineering from the U.S. Navy.
Thomas has more than 25 years’ experience in the life sciences industry, which has focused on process development, process improvement, change management, business planning and effective management practices to help businesses in the life sciences fully understand and comply with regulatory requirements in a GxP environment.
His career also includes seven years’ experience in the paper industry, as well as several notable accomplishments:

Implemented a successful maintenance scheme for converting folding carton plants, which resulted in a throughput increase of 8 percent, as well as a net profit that jumped from $15,000 to $3.5 million annually.

Led the most successful maintenance operations for converting plants in the James River (Newnan Georgia Plant).

While working for Riverwood, served as operations manager for a greenhouse startup.

Developed compliance strategy to implement technology to support the worlds top pharmaceutical digital transformation that generated ~5 billion in savings.

Developed compliance strategy to implement a migration factory that moved ~ 25,000 workloads into a SDDC (Software Defined Datacenter).

Maxine Thomas serves as Manager of Business Relationships of VMX Management Solutions.
Her role is to engage with project and program leads from each business unit to ensure they understand the objectives for joint strategic efforts. With over 20 years in Customer Service, Mrs. Thomas maintains contact between VMX's major clients on a regular basis to ensure the satisfaction of services along with coordinating materials flow between departments to maintain efficiency.

Phyllis Griffin
Phyllis Griffin serves as Manager of Business Accounts for VMX Management Solutions.
Her role is developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. With over 15 years in Administration and Human Resources, Mrs. Griffin also answers employee/client queries and identifies their day-to-day needs while creating new business opportunities among existing customers and future customers.
